Hello everyone,

I am Ahmer, an engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan.

My background: STM32, Embedded C, and Power Electronics testing. I am now learning HIL and real-time simulation (RT-LAB, eHS) to build a career in Power Systems.

I would love guidance from this community on:

1. Which skills should I prioritize for entry-level HIL roles? (IEC 61850, Modbus TCP, PHIL interfaces?)
2. How can engineers from Pakistan apply for remote / international opportunities in this field?

I am actively learning and contributing here. Any tips, roadmap, or references would be greatly appreciated.
